How to Brew
Cold Brew — Recommended Starting Point
- Add: Place the fruit, black tea bag, and rock sugar from one complete serving into a bottle or glass.
- Pour: Add 250 ml (about 8.5 fl oz) of cold water.
- Chill: Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Taste: Remove the black tea bag when the tea character reaches your preferred strength.
Gentle Warm Brew — Test Before Publishing
- Add: Place one complete serving in a heat-safe cup.
- Pour: Add 250 ml (about 8.5 fl oz) of gently heated water.
- Steep: Start with 2–3 minutes for the black tea bag, then taste. Allow the fruit to continue steeping up to about 5 minutes if needed.
Tip: Avoid prolonged high-heat steeping. Black tea and citrus peel may become more bitter when left too hot for too long.
