Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.
After processing, orders are shipped from our facility in China or overseas warehouse via international express line to your destination.

Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date
Items that are opened, used, or damaged by customer are not eligible for return.
Note: Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used for health and safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return

- Reason for return
- Photos of damaged or defective items (if applicable)
- Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)
Step 2: Receive Approval
Once we receive your request, we will review it within 1-2 business days. If approved, you will receive a return authorization via email with return shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Use the provided return shipping label or ship to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Refund Information
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase:

Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we are happy to help!
- Exchanges are available for unopened items within 30 days of delivery
- You may exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value
- If you choose a higher-value item, you will need to pay the price difference

Damaged or Defective Items

We will either send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs you incurred. No return shipping fee will be charged for damaged or defective items.
Wrong Item Received

- Photos of the item received
- Description of what you ordered
We will send you the correct item as soon as possible at no additional cost to you. You may choose to keep or return the wrong item; we will provide a prepaid return shipping label if you choose to return it.

- Wrong Item Received: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. No cost to you.
- Customer Initiated Returns (No Defect) : Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used food products (for health and safety reasons)
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items without original packaging
- Items damaged by customer
- Gift cards
